Inquiry Dates 2025

Any member of the public who wishes to attend the inquiry is requested to email to notify their attendance in advance. Please let us know if you have access requirements and our Access Officers will be happy to assist with your visit. 

Note that Fitness to Practise inquiries before the Professional Conduct Committee are held in public unless a successful application is made by a complainant, the PSI registrant or a witness for the hearing to be held in private or partly in private. This can happen at any time before the hearing commences.

Professional Conduct Committee Inquiry: 11 and 12 February 2025

An Inquiry concerning a registered pharmacist conducted by the Professional Conduct Committee of the PSI will be held on 11 and 12 February commencing at 10.00am in PSI House, Fenian Street, Dublin 2 under Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007.

An inquiry concerning a registered pharmacist conducted by the Professional Conduct Committee of the PSI will be held on 13, 14 and 15 January commencing at 10.00am in PSI House under Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007.
