Expressions of interest for membership of pharmacy programme (MPharm) accreditation teams
The PSI is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified individuals to participate on accreditation teams through the establishment of a panel.
About accreditation teams
Under the PSI’s Education and Training Integrated Course Rules 2014, the PSI Council appoints accreditation teams to evaluate a pharmacy programme (MPharm). The role of the accreditation teams is to evaluate an application for accreditation and continued accreditation against the PSI Accreditation Standards and make a recommendation to the PSI Council on whether or not it should accredit the programme.
Accreditation team members must have certain knowledge, skills and competencies to complete this important work. Applicants are asked to briefly describe how they meet the competencies that are needed of accreditation teams. These include:
Knowledge, expertise or experience in particular areas
- Decision making skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork Public values

We will review applications against the desired competencies outlined in the information booklet. Please note that appointment to the panel does not guarantee that you will be nominated to an accreditation team.
