In the matter of Part 6 of the Pharmacy act 2007

Audrey Kingston, MPSI (Reg. No. 7366)

Following a hearing of the Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) into a complaint made against Audrey Kingston MPSI (Reg No 7366) the Council considered the report of the PCC on 23 June 2022 and censured the Registrant pursuant to 48(3) of the Act of 2007 on foot of the Registrant’s consent to sanction under section 46 of the Act. The Council also decided to give public notice of that censure in the public interest in accordance with section 57 (1) (h) of the Pharmacy Act 2007, and to publish the Report of the Inquiry of the PCC in the public interest in accordance with section 57(2) of the Pharmacy Act 2007.

The sanction of censure is effective from 23 June 2022 which is the date the Council made its decision.
