Katherine Morrow
Katherine is Director and National Coordinator of APPEL (Affiliation of Pharmacy Practice Experiential Learning) with responsibility for the experiential learning placements of the integrated pharmacy programmes of the three Schools of Pharmacy in Ireland. A graduate of the School of Pharmacy, Nottingham University she has over 25 years’ experience working a cross a breadth of sectors to include primary care, secondary care, regulation and academia.
She has qualified as a Supplementary Prescriber (UK), holds an Advanced Diploma in Leadership, Personal and Executive Coaching and is accredited by the EMCC as a Mentoring Programme Manager. Katherine has extensive experience in education/CPD, accreditation and competency assurance as evidenced by her previous roles as Operations Director of the Irish Institute of Pharmacy (IIOP) and Head of Education & Professional Competence with the Irish College of General Practitioners (ICGP).
Katherine is a pharmacist appointee to the PSI Council and President of the PSI Council.
